i was given a car by my dad as he has had a stroke and this car has been in the family a long time. great care was taken in contact, collection and delivery and none of the above was mentioned to the service provider. they were polite and very patient with my family as they can talk for england and they left my mum and dad smiling. that is all i can say for now
