After calling Franklin to arrange the pick-up and delivery of my vehicle, he told me that he had a car to drop off, and would pick up mine right after. I told him to call me so i can meet him at the delivery address. Within a few hours he called me to let me know he had picked up my vehicle and would deliver it within the hour. I drove to the shop, and a few minutes later, he pulled up. He was very easy to deal with. Great job!!!
