I live in Canada and decided to purchase a brand new boat in Columbus Ohio. When it came time to pick up the boat I found my passport had expired therefore I could not enter the US. I requested bids on USHIP and was given a very reasonable bid by one of your associates. Frankly I was nervous of letting someone take a 20K boat that I had just paid for and basing this on talking to them only.
I can not tell you how pleasantly surprised I was with the outcome. The boat was towed from Columbus Ohio to the Canadian Border at Queenston/Lewiston. The shipper even called me to recommend taking the cover off the boat for towing and advised me when the boat was picked up. I would so highly recommend his services to anyone who has to move anything. This was a very pleasant experience and when they talk about exceeding the customers expectations - wow - not only did that happen but ...pardon the pun .... I was blown out of the water !!! Thanks for the excellent experience.
