I was not real happy with the communication received from the Service Provider. They subcontracted to a different company and that Company was pleasant to deal with. I think in the future we will probably deal directly with the subcontracted company then dealing with this particular Service Provider. The fact the communication was lost between the two service providers which caused a delay in the shipment of our vehicle.
