I first tried one carrier who made excuses after excuses who I had to eventually cancel. I then had shomar who exceeded my expectations and restored my faith in this process. We had acouple of set backs from the pickup location to which he gave excellent communication and helped resolve the issue. He delivered [pormptly and courteously when all elements came together. I was extremely satisfied.
