Bryan won the bid and went to get it and the yard was snowbound. Unable to pick it up, he let me know and went on to another job as I aggreed. He then keep me informed on where he was and when he planned to pick it up again. Making sure I keep the yard informed. Upon pick up even thou we were a few days over storage they wavied all fees for us. He then called me and told me about the truck, and at what time he would be here to drop the truck.
