I bought this Massey Ferguson backhoe on ebay which turned out to be a non-running unit. The seller got it loaded on the hauler's trailer by picking it up so the hauler could drive under it. Thankfully, no one got killed or maimed in this operation.
Then I had to unload it in the dark and in foot deep snow. Thankfully, my tractor did start (john deere)and I was able to drag the backhoe off the trailer while Glen steered it.
Again, no one got hurt and no harm done except a huge patch of grass was dug up by the loader bucket on the backhoe when it came down the ramps. Apparently the MF doesnt have any brakes either.
All in all, it was a long day for all, but the job got done safely and efficiently.
