Our family pet was injured by a bear this past November and was hospitalized for months undergoing numerous surgeries. Unfortunately, we were forced to relocate during this period, and had no choice but to leave our beloved family pet in the care of our wonderful vet (knowing that no one else could nurse her to health the way that he could.) When it came time for her to come home we considered flying her, but felt it to be too risky in her current state and with the horror stories out there online. So, I started looking on USHIP and was fortunate to receive a bid from my shipper "George". He not only offered a very competitive rate but was willing to work with my vet on the pick-up date. We loved the fact that he travels with his golden retriever- it made us feel that our dog would be more likely to relax throughout the 12 (plus) hour trip. When the shipping date rolled around, he was able to accommodate the pick-up and drove our baby straight through a snow storm getting her home in a very timely manner. We are so very pleased! What a great shipper!
