needed to ship some furniture from great grandma's home in FL to PA - we saved over $350 dong this and it was easy + actually kind of fun to get all the bids...our shipper had to help us fiqure out a way to deliver the goods down the narrow streets in our neighborhood during the aftermath of a blizzard (record snowfall ever!!!) and he was great!
