We had to have a chair delivered from Minneapolis to somewhere along I-80/90 in Indiana. We were not sure where. Paula and Jay were very accomodating and met my son at a service plaza along the Indiana toll road and gave him the chair. Worked out perfect. Thanks again to Paula and Jay. Barby & Gus
