We had an SUV to ship from LA to Denver - we had no issues. Booked on Thursday, picked up on Saturday, and delivered on Monday morning. From booking to delivery - 4 days? Even parcels don't move that fast ... (tiny note: they did think they could pick up on Friday but called on Friday afternoon to say it would be Saturday morning... but I am certainly NOT complaining).
