I was shipping a truck that was located in a remote location on a secure lot that was mostly un-manned except for appointments. I needed a shipper who could deal with a difficult pick-up site that was muddy and a schedule that was somewhat outside my control.. We actually re-scheduled the loading date to try to get better weather. The shipper was willing to be flexible with dates and also helped locate a wrecker to get the truck out of an inaccessible, muddy site. He was incredibly helpful and determined to get the job done. This was a great experience! And yes, I will use uShip again.
