I have a fear of flying, I didn't want my puppy to fly, especially after what happened on 12/25/09 in Chicago with a terrorist.
My breeder recommended U-Ship, she'd had good experiences, so I decided to try it.
The airline would've stuck my puppy in the cargo section of a jet with no food, water or human contact in temperatures about 45 degrees, in addition they'd have a layover in Dallas.
Once I spoke to Jim, I knew my puppy would be safe with him and he was cared for extremely well.
The person who left him negative feedback needs to realize that it is the middle of winter, I know Jim had some real driving challenges to the point speed limits were about 30 mph on icy roads, and he was snowbound in Oregon at one point. Severe winds forced him to take an alternate route which did cause a delay, but Jim did what was right - he put safety first!
