My story is simple. I had a narrow timeline of shipping and receiving the bike as I go back and forth between Florida and NC. Steve was very accomodating and patient. He picked up the bike outside of his normally scheduled time and delivered it within a day before I was to leave the area. He didn't have to but he did. Amazing work and service. Very rare these days and I'm very thankful!
