I purchased a non-running backhoe from a difficult seller. Three times, we had to pass on trucking opportunities due to the seller not accommodating our time frame. My USHIP broker, Southern Freight Trucking, stuck wiht it and was able to find a trucker that helped load and unload the shipment, at no additional cost. The company rep Pam kept in contact with me the entire time. We were able to complete the transaction in reasonable time, even with the seller difficulty. This broker is a great example of how USHIp should operate.
