USHIP makes it obvious how much margin there can be in the shipping industry. Bidding on my shipment started at over $1000, and I ended up shipping for less than $500. Everyone who needs to ship something should be using this site.
From a constructive criticism perspective, I think the site should offer more information or a service that has to do with insuring your shipment. As it stands, you are left to trust the shipper or on your own to make sure you secure the documentation.
