This was my first time having a horse shipped, so I was very unsure of what to do and what to expect. I was glad u-ship was there but I must say I found the service to be hard to get through I really felt that alot of my questions I had should of been easier to get but I had to keep asking u-ship by e-mail each question, and yes I did ask the questions, but if I asked more then one I had to get back on and ask each one over.when if I could of spoke to someone I could of asked all my question at once but there was no phone number to talk to a human.
