i was moving from the wes coast to the east coast. needed my bike shipped. listed it on uship and had a few bids. my pricing and time frame was important. as it turned out i was leaving the west coast before my bike was going to be picked up. the pick up location was up a very step and twisty road. i didn't have somebody there to help load my bike(plus i wanted to meet the shipper) that made me nervous.
i read alot of shippers feed back & provided services before picking one. i choose Matt with WOLVERINETRANSPORT based on his feed back.
he called me to thank me for chooseing him and set up p/d of my bike. i told matt about the step hill & no help, he said "no problem, don't worry i do this all the time."
Matt called me at time of pick up. "you were right about the hill" he said. matt took care of the pick up, walking my bike all the way down the driveway and hill to his trailer.
