I shipped a Buick V6 motor on a palet from South Bend, Indiana to Texas. I had to secure the motor on a pallet and dropped it off at the trucking location for shipping. I had the option of dropping off the pallet/motor at the shipping location or having it picked up. It worked better for me to drop the motor off at the shipping location. They also removed the pallet with a forklift at the shipping location. Everything went smoothly and the buyer was happy also.
