Wade contacted me as soon as I booked the shipment, and made sure of the pick up address.
He then got all the info on the delivery point address and kept me informed throughout the process until the forklift was delivered to the port in San Diego. He also sent me credit app for next shipment so that I didn't have to pay with credit card. He was very thorough and professional and I would recommend him to any prospective customer.
