I had a small loveseat that I wished to ship to a family member, weighing only about 40#. I had called local trucking and shipping companies and they were quoting me prices over $350. Since listing an item on uship is free, I did not hesitate to list my item. I had about a 1 month deadline for shipping the sofa, and did not have many bids for a while. Shippers began to bid on my item, but again they were giving me quotes in the $350 range. As I declined my bids, stating that they were too high, the numbers gradually came down. I began to negotiate with hostetler1975, who was offering $110 to ship my item. In the middle of the bidding process, I was contacted by another bidder, who, against the websites regulations, posted a message to call me and listed his phone number. I was confused and mistakenly thought that this was the seller whom I was negotiating with, and upon not reaching anyone at the number listed, my bid expired. The uship team contacted me about this posting, and the response that I had submitted, in which I re-typed the phone number in order to ask if it was accurate. When I was emailed that I had a "red flag" on my account, I immediately asked the uship team to explain the situation. They responded quickly and professionally. I sent a message to the original bidder, hostetler1975, explaining the misunderstanding, and about a week later he was able to post another bid to pick up my item while traveling another route. I was extremely satisfied with this shipper and with my uship experience in general. I would certainly use uship again, and have already recommended it to many others.PAN>ml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />:p>
