I used Jeff Spencer for this shipment and I can tell you I could not have picked a better guy. He kept me update and made me real comfortable about the whole thing. I am a new horse owner and he even took time to explain somethings about the horses and how to care for them that no one else has shared yet. This is a great guy and if I have to ship anything else, ever, I will look for him and hope he is still in the business. Trust me you can't go wrong with this service or with Jeff.
