the auction thing did not produce results but when I sent a request for bids to several well rated vendors it got me lots of bids and I selected the best rated firm with the lowest price and found it worked out well. the communication problem we had on the pickup date was resolved with the help of your staff, thanks for the followup. all in all it was a good experience.
