My first Uship experience was first quality.
I shipped shipped two bikes in one delivery with pickups from different locations. This was slightly out of the ordinary and I had difficulty with the uShip form windows to do so under the same transaction. Because of the confusion, I asked for contact information before accepting a bid, which I now now is not permitted. Everything worked out really well in the end. However, I would recommend some type of interim liason or way of communicating clearly between the customer and bidder so that delivery instructions are clear before the bids start coming in. I was hesitant to accept a bid because I wasn't sure if each bidder knew exactly what services were required by me during the question/answer phase. Having said the above, the experience worked out well. Thanks
