Ambassadors arrived 3 hours after my scheduled pick-up time due to a delay with the moving truck (coming back from elsewhere). Despite such, they did the best they could to make other arrangements for another truck. Once that truck arrived, the move went as scheduled with no problems. The movers were very friendly and logistical. They were very careful with my furniture and the surroundings.
