I was in Asia for 12 years and finally relocated to the U.S. My vintage Triumph was being cared for by my son in OH, but it was time to finally bring the bike to my new home in CT. My 37 year old Triumph Trident is like a family member. I have been riding the bike since 1974 and it has over 100,000 miles on it. I was a little concerned about taking the 9 hour ride to CT after all the years in hybernation. I decided to have a professional transport the bike and had never used this type of service before. After reading testimonials of the various service providers that were bidding, I decided to go with Jim Carter at Xstream Transport. I could not have been more pleased. Despite my timing limitations of being outside the country, they stayed in touch with me and we worked out a time for the transport. The driver was very skilled at taking care of motorcycles and I was very pleased with the condition of my bike when it arrived. They were also willing to ship my helmet, boots and some original bike parts at no additional cost. All in all, this was a very positive experience and I would recommend both U-Ship and Xstream Transport without reservation. The next time I move, I will know who to call.
