I needed to have an Escalade brought to me in NC from MS. After purchasing from a car lot, those folks are iffy keeping the car on their lot so the sooner its moved, the better. Well, came to uship to post my listing and got quite a few bids. I posted on Wednesday 8/26 and started seeing some actions on Thursday 8/27. Problem was most of these providers on Uship do not THOROUGHLY read you listing which mine clearly stats that I wanted only 1-3 car carrier with flat or roll back trucks. I was getting quite edgy since I was getting bids from those using multi-car carriers knowing it would take them forever to get to NC having to deliver a bunch of other cars. Just by luck, I had one provider that read my posting clearly and responded saying he had a flatbed and was going to be in MS for one day. Great, accomplished the first hurdle. Next would be the timing. The end of the week was near and the car had to get of the lot before they start charging me storage fees. I asked the provider if he could pick up Friday afternoon after 12 noon and deliver saturday. To my surprise and without hesitation, he responded and said "Yes". Now I knew it was time to book this provider quickly and get the ball rolling. I immedietly made contact with him to discuss the order. The next day arrived and he was ready and waiting at the dealership to pick up my vehicle no later than 1PM. He loaded and secured the vehicle and called me within the hour to tell me that there were no scratches or dings on the vehicle and he was on his way to NC and should see me around mid-afternoon saturday. The next day, he called around 2PM saying he was 30 min. away. He pulled up and did a walk over with me and I cleared there were no damages. After payment, he unloaded the vehicled, handed the keys, shook my hand and gave me a friendly hug. Little did he know, there was a surprise bonus in his payment! I could not have asked for a better provider he was professional, friendly and really cared!
