As a first time user on U-ship I was Glad the shipper (Aki) called and emailed me with all the Info. The drivers were great and called me two days before they were even up in my area for updates. I was so happy with the service I gave the drivers a tip for their extra work and phone calls to me.
I will use this company for every shipment in the future,
