When my booked shipment by another provider had to be cancelled (for very good reasons), I was up against a wall to get my vehicle moved from the San Jose area to Southern California. After processing the cancellation, I reposted the vehicle shipment and had it booked within 24 hours simply by answering a couple of clarification questions and got it at my "book it now" price. Steve and Chris were very attentive and communicated well. They even called me on Sunday evening to let me know that they had it on the trailer and were heading south. They accomodated my request for an early morning delivery (before I headed off to work) and we were unloaded and completed within 5 minutes. By using this u-ship provider I saved about $165 from the u-ship "normal charge", and much more than that from simply using freight brokers. I am looking foward to using u-ship services on my next vehicle or freight need. Thanks to both u-ship and the shipper for a job well done.
