I was having my car moved from Chicago to Charlotte, and I was not really familiar with this type of service. After some research, I accepted the bid from AutosOnTheGo, and within a very short time frame, I received a call from Mirel, who seemed more than willing to find me a carrier that could accomodate my request. After confirming the carrier, I spoke with Julian, who was extremely helpful in helping me to understand the process. He came out, inspected my car, and he was off. He called me several times throughout the journey to provide me with an ETA. He got the car to me the night I moved to Charlotte, and delivered service with a smile. If I was not aware, I would thought I was his only customer. Great job all around.
