My shipper did a good job, but dealing with u-ship during the bidding process was frustrating. You can't talk to anyone on the phone from u-ship when there's a problem and they took a day to get back to me when I e-mailed an urgent issue. Also, it's difficult to work through the details with a shipper before you accept a bid just through e-mail without being able to talk to them. I'd use my shipper again, but I'm not sure I'd use U-ship. E-mail is nice, but when you have an urgent issue you need to be able to talk to someone on the phone.
