I desparately needed to get my babies (2 med dogs) from the East coast to me in Texas. Alvin ("alvinjh") was able to pick up my babies from the ferry terminal in woods hole, ma where he met my brother and dogs only to sit with them and MAKE TIME to get to know them before they began their journey. Alvin was amazing in getting my babies to me safely, quickly and for exactly what I wanted to pay. He was extremely accommodating to them and made their trip very comfortable. We spoke everyday and he kept me updated on what they ate and their behaviors during the trip. He even notified me when he thought one of them had picked up a few ticks from their previous home. He was great! I appreciate the fact that I can trust a company to offer so many shippers to filter through and feel safe using their services. I was very nervous at first but then realized they were in good hands. USHIP is an amazing service for those of us who just cannot get away to get our precious items to us. Thank you again to Alvin and USHIP for making my year! My babies are home and safe and now have a new friend to send christmas cards too! I'm very grateful. Thank You. Lynda
