The owner Regina was very friendly on the phone and really put me at ease on leaving my puppy in her care. I know setting up a schedule can be difficult for this but the "final" schedule changed a few times. He came a day late, but that was totally out of her control and she called me and let me know what was going on and that my puppy was okay and being well taken care of. Her fee was very resonable. I would have liked to have met her and asked a few questions when my puppy was dropped off. Another lady handed me the puppy and left. Overall I feel very comfortable with the service and would use it again.
