Several years ago I purchased property on the SW Washington coast. My original vintage trailer (1961 11ft. Road King) is cute, but let's just say it doesn't have all the comforts of home!
Two Grandsons later I felt I needed to upgrade to a more functional (and spacious!) trailer to leave on the property so we could have more comfortable get-a-ways. My eyes were bigger than my towing vehicle, and I ended up with a trailer a bit too large to tow with my rig.
