I was hesitant to book the service, because I have never had an occasion to need it. If all experiences are like this one, I would not hesitate to book another shipment of this nature. Randy was very professional, personable, and reasonable. Most of all, he truly seems to care about the animals he is charged with carrying across country. My father's surprise arrived in great spirits, and was in the hands of this kind man who I know gave her the same kind of attention throughout her journey across country. I would certainly reach out to him again were I in need of transport services.
