I used uShip's livestock transportation section to find a shipper for my 12 year old 16.3 Thoroughbred gelding Jasper. I thought it was great that so many people had put bids on my ad, allowing me to be selective about who I chose. I used JoBrooksShipping, who wasn't quite the cheapest shipper, but had insurance, and also had a lot more positive feedback then the other bids (which is a great feature for the website, it is very helpful and reassuring to see other peoples positive experiences). I was kept completely up to date with the time that my horse was being picked up, was phoned when he was on the trailer and moving, and then 30 minutes before his arrival as we had planned so I could be there. This allowed for me to be worry-free and have a good idea of when he'd be arriving home. He was truely in good caring hands and stepped off the trailer happy as can be. I would absolutely use uShip again, as well as the company who shipped my horse. It was overall a 100% positive experience which I have passed on to several friends! Thanks uShip!
