I Am very happy with the shipper and service and very disapointed in uship..had many problems in coordination. Was traveling and could not maintain a connection and that lead to many hassles. Could not reply to questions when prompted and kept getting redirected. VERY frustrating. Couldnt not find a usip contact # for help. Could not communicate with bidders after acceptance or during question phase. Only reccomend if you set up way in advance. Overall terrible expeirence.
