Shippers at this cost (economical) have to accumulate items coming to region or deliver more hot date items. But I can not blame them because I did not specify a date. However, they worked well with my mother and sister to have itme placed in House ... so that was great because I am away on travel. Great in replying via email and phone ... so no negatives on that end.
