Lenny was in contact everyday to keep us informed how the trip was going with our bloodhound. There was some difficulties with getting my dog delivered, my in-laws were not there and we could not get a hold of them. Lenny was able to help us arrange for an alternative delivery and during the whole ordeal was calm and professional. I really appreciate the good service and would highly recommend this vendor!
