Roberts Transport should be removed from your providers. Their employees are rude and down right harrassing. I booked shipment with this company with the understanding that we would pay with a company check card. After being assured by one of their employees that I would not need a certified check and that this was sufficient means of payment the owner of my company and I went out into the field. The next day I was informed that their credit card machine was broken so I had to arrange different means of payment. I did all I could from our job site but in turn this company harassed our office personnel and treated us with overall disrespect. We as a company did all that we could to arrange payment and accommodate their mistake. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
