The "Pilot" trailer actually has nothing to do with aviation as the name might lead you to think. This is a demo trailer for a pilot program of a new water filtration system to stop air pollution from various manufacturing plants. This trailer move was an ongoing project. By using uShip I was able to continue reposting requests for bids as the scheduled pick up date kept being postponed. The service providers were great by working with me on the ever changing dates and renewing their bids.
Once we were finally ready to ship all went well. From accepting the bid to final delivery it was quick and easy move from our end. uShip is a user friendly tool that has become a valuable part of our shipping department.
The service provider had some mechanical issues that arose during transit which was promptly resolved and delivery made on schedule.
I will be using uShip again. Actually as soon as I submit this reply I will be posting another move for a truck load.
