From the time the shipment was booked with TACKS to the time he made the dropoff, I never worried...not once. Admittedly, I used TACKS before to ship a vehicle on the east coast and was 100% impressed with his professionalism and understanding of the task of hauling a rolling-non operational vehicle. When he bid on another listing I posted 6 months later, there was no doubt as to which shipper I was going to book with, and I couldnt be happier.
