This was an Ebay purchase of a 20' horse trailer, transport from TX to WV. Mark was professional and communicated his every move. I had e-mailed Mark about trying to deliver on a certain day during a particular hour. Mark altered HIS schedule to accommodate my schedule to arrive a day later than he had anticipated and arrived between the hours of 1700-1800 as requested.
