My original shipper called the morning he was to pick up to say he had car trouble. John answered my request very quickly and was at my house by 8 am the next morning. He couldn't have been nicer.
He was easy to get a hold of whenever necessary.
The delivery on the other end was done as promised. He was there right on time and even helped unload.
I would recommend him highly.
