In addition to providing a level playing field for the smaller shippers - - who often charge lower rates and provide even more custom service - - your site makes it easy for users to determine what shipper meets their needs. The feedback section you provide is invaluable. I recently shipped a motorcycle and was able to select a guy who had personally transported over 200 motorcycles, all with resounding success - - as evidenced by his string of positive comments. Based on the recent complements and positive descriptions that I read, I knew the risk I was taking was minimal and it was. Without your feedback section, I would have been hard-pressed to trust anyone to pick up a new bike that I had never even seen. The shipper I used, Steve Parkhurst is a credit to your site, and you guys are a credit to the net. Thanks for the great service and keep up the innovation.
