My husband is a collector of WWII military equipment in North Carolina, so to join the effort and share his interests, I recently purchased an Army ambulence from WWII, however, it was located in Nebraska--and my husband is currently overseas with the Army and couldn't take care of this for me! I used both the general quote site, and went through the providers and selected various ones that sounded good to me. After a couple inquiries, I received a bid from Stephen Browning. He had great communication style and references, plus his bid was in our price range. Not sure how much money was saved as this was my first shipping experience, but it was reasonable to me considering the distance, time, and effort involved. Steven was fabulous and proactive in coordinating with everyone involved. He met our requested timeframes and even identified an issue with my ambulence based on his knowledge of unique vehicles. I would definitely use uShip again--and will highly recommend it to not only my husband, but all his other collector friends.
