Lots of firsts here. First time buying a horse online and the first time searching for a shipper. Thanks to uShip, I was able to get a good overview of what shippers were available. Reading the feedback was also very helpful in determining which shipper I would trust with my new horse. I chose JoBrooks Shipping after reading their feedback and checking out their website. Carter was excellent, even bending over backwards to accommodate a schedule that was best for me and for my new horse, King. He was available and helpful with any questions that I had, and the actual shipping was great, with Carter updating me along the way. King arrived in good shape and on time. The whole experience was positive, and, although I was pretty nervous about the whole thing, Carter came through with flying colors and DID treat my horse as he would treat his own.
