When I contracted with Rolf (provider name: BoBoRolf)to pick up my family's boat in NY and bring in to Florida I had no idea what a special and kind person we were signing up with. Rolf communicated with us daily and listened attentively as I shared with him my family's situation and need for him to bring the boat back to Florida. Rolf was friendly, kind, and professional.
