Leroy was great. He delievered on time, kept communication, and got the product there safe. Very impressed. However, the presentation of the fees throughout the process is very unprofessional. I will not use this service again. The fees need to be described in full, rather than tacked on right at the end of the transaction. I was under the impression that the drivers got the entire amount posted, and since they don't, that directly impacts my posting price. Then, you double up and charge me a fee as well. A broker with those business practices does not deserve 31% of a transaction.
