While I was in FL I adopted two small pups that were strays and untamed. I needed a shipper to pick them up from the Sumter County Animal Control during open hours and transport the pups to my home in MA. This would be a difficult shipment as the pups had been possibly abused and definitely neglected. Not leashed trained and to say the least scared the trip would be difficult. Ted took on the "adventure" of the transportation. He willingly went to the shelter to pick them up and from there the care was outstanding. He and his wife took time to bathe the pups for the ride and gave them much love and attention to prepare them for the long ride home. Ted kept in touch with me the entire trip and took all the worries away. He took the time and extra expense to stop and stay at a hotel so the pups could move about and play. I know he would of driven straight thru had he not had the dogs along. He went above and beyond to help with saving the lives of the two little pups, not most men would. If you have any pets or items to ship, book with Ted. You will not be disappointed. I was a nervous wreck about shipping two untrained pups and he did this shipment with ease. I now consider Ted and his wife our friends and so glad to have been able to meet such caring people.
